Crawley Down Residents Association is only as strong as it's community and those who support it.

We rely on our supporters, both through household membership fees, and donations from local people and businesses to be able to support our community in the way we do.

All membership fees are used to provide events, services and grants for the good of our membership. The CDRA committee are unpaid volunteers who offer their time freely to make Crawley Down a great place to live. If you live in Crawley Down, or have a particular interest in the village, why not get involved?

The important thing to note is that by becoming a supporter/member there is no onus on you to get involved in the Committee. Plus there are many benefits to becoming a supporter/member including:

  1. Supporting us financially to put on events.

  2. Receive updates about the CDRA, local events and local issues.

  3. Get preferential access to, or discounts/freebies at CDRA events (Easter Egg Hunt, Gig on the Green, Village Fayre. Christmas Market, etc.)

So why not be part of our community by supporting us today. For just £6 per annum per household you get to not only help make our amazing community events happen, but you will also get regular updates, discounts at CDRA events, and an opportunity to get involved if you wish.

Signing up is quick and simple

Committee

Our Committee is made up of Volunteers drawn from CDRA's current membership. Together they are responsible for managing the organisation, organising events and all of the other activities CDRA are involved in.

They meet once a month in the Haven Centre.

If you'd like to be a part of the team then please email here

Volunteers

We have a team of wonderful volunteers that help us set up, run, and clear away our events, but we're always looking for a few extra locals who might fancy helping out now and then during the year.

There’s no long-term commitment at all — even helping once is appreciated. It’s very relaxed, friendly and a nice way to meet people. Please do get in touch if you can help.
